Jonathan is a corporate and commercial lawyer, working with fsLAW first in 2017. In addition to assisting on corporate transactions, commercial agreements and employment issues, he has a focus on intellectual property aspects on transactions and agreements.

Kelvin has been a corporate and commercial lawyer with fsLAW since 2016. He advises on venture capital and other corporate transactions as well as commercial contracts and employment issues.
