fsLAW, in collaboration with co11ab, successfully co-ran a panel discussion on VC Investment Agreements for BioMedTech Entrepreneurs last Thursday, 16 May 2024.

The session delved into the important structure and content of venture capital-related agreements and explored both the investors’ and the founders’ perspectives in such fund-raising situations.
