Wed Drop-In – Selling shares under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement – Restrictions and pre-emptives
About the event
Interested in finding out more about the fundraising process for SMEs and start-ups and what key legal documents you should have or issues you should consider?
Join us for a small online group discussion with like-minded business people on Wednesday, 29 June 2022 from 6 pm to 7 pm (Singapore time).
Come for a short presentation in our series and stay for a chance to interact and exchange views and ideas with other participants!
Founders, venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices and commercialisation professionals are all welcomed and we hope to get a good mix of views from people with various backgrounds.
We discussed decision-making under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement specifically when it comes to the board and shareholders reserved matters during our last session on May 25, 2022.
During this session, we’ll look at the restrictions and pre-emptives on selling shares under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement.
There will also be a short question and answer session at the end of the discussion where the lawyers from fsLAW will be taking questions from the audience on the topics discussed.
|6.00 PM||Introductions by each participant (approximately 2 minutes per participant)|
|6.15 PM||Presentation by fsLAW|
|6.30 PM||Q&A and networking|
|7.00 PM||End of session|
