Wed Drop-In – Non-compete, future fundraising and other obligations under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement
About the event
Interested in finding out more about the fundraising process for SMEs and start-ups and what key legal documents you should have or issues you should consider?
Join us for a small online group discussion with like-minded business people on Wednesday, 28 September 2022 from 6 pm to 7 pm (Singapore time).
Come for a short presentation in our series and stay for a chance to interact and exchange views and ideas with other participants!
Founders, venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices and commercialisation professionals are all welcomed and we hope to get a good mix of views from people with various backgrounds.
We talked about selling shares under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement – in particular, the drag-along rights during our last session on 24 August 2022.
During this upcoming session, we will discuss non-compete, future fundraising, and other obligations under the VIMA shareholders’ agreement.
There will also be a short question and answer session at the end of the discussion where the lawyers from fsLAW will be taking questions from the audience on the topics discussed.
