Corporate Law Day 2025 once again brought together leading voices in the legal community for a half day of focused discussions on the most pressing issues facing corporate lawyers today.
Our Managing Director, Faith Sing, was honoured to join fellow experts on the Advanced Shareholder & ESOP Terms panel, where she shared insights on navigating complex clauses, structuring equity for SMEs, and avoiding common drafting pitfalls. The session sparked engaging exchanges with attendees, many of whom brought their own real-world challenges to the conversation.
Across the four panels, participants explored a wide range of topics—from sustainability and ESG reporting obligations, to the formalities of executing deeds in the digital era, to real-world ethical dilemmas that test a lawyer’s professional duties.
We are proud to have contributed to an event that not only deepened technical knowledge but also encouraged open dialogue about the evolving corporate law landscape in Singapore.
