fsLAW is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelvin Ho to Associate Director.
Kelvin joined fsLAW in 2016 and has been an integral part of the firm’s growth ever since. As our first Senior Associate and now our first Associate Director, Kelvin’s journey reflects his dedication, consistency, and the confidence the firm places in his leadership.
Kelvin is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises clients on a broad range of matters, including venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, general corporate transactions, commercial contracts, employment matters, and corporate governance. His calm and considered approach, coupled with strong technical expertise, has earned the trust of both clients and colleagues.
Kelvin has advised on, among others:
- Corporate transactions, including share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and share subscription agreements;
- Venture capital and investment-related matters, including convertible instruments;
- Commercial contracts, including security agreements, guarantees, consultancy agreements, facilities services agreements, and deeds of assignment and novation;
- Employee share option plans and employment-related matters; and
- Corporate governance and corporate law matters, including the incorporation of Singapore companies and registration of foreign branch offices.
Kelvin graduated from the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Law, and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2018.
His promotion to Associate Director recognises his legal expertise, sound commercial judgment, and sustained contributions to the firm and its clients. In his new role, Kelvin will continue to play a key role in advising on complex matters and supporting the firm’s strategic growth.
