Our Managing Director, Faith Sing, and Senior Associate, Kelvin Ho were honoured to speak at The Law Society of Singapore’s Annual CPD Day 2025 held on 5 November 2025.
The event brought together legal professionals across diverse practice areas to discuss the latest developments in corporate law, technology, restructuring, and tax, as well as insights into professional conduct and complaints management.
Faith and Kelvin shared their experience and perspectives on Shareholders’ Agreements using the Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements (VIMA) — a suite of model legal documents jointly developed by the Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association (SVCA) and the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL).
